Easy Payment Options for Your Invoices

We make it easy for you to pay your invoices quickly and securely — all online. Thanks to our integration with Xero and Stripe, you can pay in just a few clicks using your credit or debit card.

💳 Pay Instantly by Card

Every invoice we send includes a “Pay Online Now” link. Use it to pay securely with:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express

You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout. It’s fast, safe, and you’ll receive confirmation straight away.
Note: A 2.9% processing fee applies to card payments.

🔁 Set Up Automatic Payments by Card (For Repeating Invoices)

If you're on a regular service plan — like website hosting or monthly support — your invoice will include the option to set up an automatic payment. Look for this section once you've selected to "pay online".

Here’s how it works:
- You enter your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex card details once through the secure Stripe link on your invoice; "Pay online"
- Stripe will automatically charge your card each month on the invoice due date.
- You’ll still receive an invoice each time, and can cancel the auto-payment at any stage.

This is a great option if you want to “set and forget” — no need to manually log in or make payments each month.

🔒 Secure and Trusted

All card payments are handled by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed — we never see or store your card details.
