One of the things I find really annoying is an invoice for more than I expected or a contractor going off on tangents and then expecting me to pay for their time on that tangent.
So, to make sure that never happens here we track our time very carefully (down to the minute in fact) and produce a weekly report so you know exactly where we’re at. If unexpected problems arise or we think we may need to spend more time than anticipated we’ll come to you ahead of time and discuss it.
These reports feed into your invoice so there’s no surprises – ever.
